Terms of purchase & delivery
MW collaborates with Klarna AB (corporate ID 556737-431) where Klarna AB provides several payment solutions via Klarna Checkout. Some of the methods Klarna AB provides are: card payment, invoice, account invoice, part payment, Klarna Direkt, as well as payment through Internet banking via Swedbank, Handelsbanken, Nordea and SEB. We ship our goods by Postnord. Your goods are delivered as letters if it weighs less than 500 grams and everything over that is sent as parcels. Delivery is usually made to your nearest post office or delivery point. Expect 1-5 business days for delivery.
If you have a particularly urgent delivery, you can contact us before your purchase.
Shipping costs include packaging, packing and postage.
We reserve the right that delays in delivery can occur, due to the following: offers, holidays or illness.
Direct Delivery
This applies to the purchase of downloadable products, such as PDF patterns. Downloadable products are available immediately after purchase and indefinitely, and can always be downloaded when you log in to your account.
14 days return policy
You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of ordering. The product must be unused and undamaged, in unopened packaging. When returning or exchanging goods, you pay all shipping costs yourself. Always contact us (mwcrafts16@gmail.com) before sending anything back.
The right of withdrawal does not include downloadable products, such as PDF patterns, as they cannot be returned but are viewed as a service that is instantly consumed.
Complaints
Contact us if you wish to return an item. In the event of any disputes, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. Your purchase is regulated in the Distance Sales Act and the Consumer Purchase Act. For other questions, please contact us at info@mwpatterns.com
Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. For packages that are not collected, a fee of SEK 299 is charged. This corresponds to the costs that caused us to send the package and have it returned. Goods that are delivered as mail parcels to the delivery point will be notified by SMS to your mobile and remain for at the delivery point for two weeks. Letters that cannot be left in your mailbox are delivered to the nearest delivery office. Unclaimed goods are returned to us.
Force majeure
MW is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that are out the control of MW. In example, general labor conflict, war, fire, lightning strike, terrorist attack, changes to government regulation, technical problems, faults in electricity / telecommunications / other communications and errors or delays in subcontractor services due to circumstances stated herein. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exception, which result in exemption from damages and other penalties. Should any such situation occur, MW informs you both at the beginning, and at the end of the time of the current situation. If the event has lasted for more than two months, both you and MW have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
